我是网通用户..上网时的问题(本人小鸟``)
我是网通的用户,上网时用网通的软件,则出现

Check your drivers , please
Failed to get new ip address
Failed to run the process
无法继续输入帐号密码 不知道错出在哪了.(网卡.猫工作正常.WINDOWS下可以上网)
用REPPPOE拨号.把我的网通帐号解密后登陆.可是仍然登陆失败.而且用 #adsl-start 等待一段时间后终端直接换行,连个错误提示都不给,也连不上!请教高手这是怎么回事啊!!!
